I'd like to let you know about recent changes. I guess you already seen some changes. Firstly I want explain how "business/non business days" calendar works. Sign into yor account. You'll see the columns "Non business days in September" and "Today is". Keep in mind interest is paying only in business days from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays that fall on those days.
"Non business days in September" - here is a dates where are weekends or holidays. Move mouse cursor to the date and additional information will pop up as comment.
"Today is" - can be "NON BUSINESS DAY" and "BUSINESS DAY". It can help you better understand why no interest is calculated.
Keep in mind every month have a weekends and the holidays which are always shown by "business/non business days" calendar.
Now about column "ROI, %" (deposits plans table). Keep in mind all periods is in calendar days. Several clients ask me why calculation is wrong. Well. Calculations is correct. "ROI, %" column is showing interest excluding weekends! Let me explain. Look at plan "Beginner", 0.8% x 30 calendar days = 24%, BUT 8 weekends has every month.
0.8% x (30 calendar - 8 weekends) = 0.8% x 22 = 17.6%. I hope this explanation can help. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us in any time.
